Betterhomes opened a new development office in Lahore and wanted to hire professional candidates within its budget. At first, the company approached us to hire one developer, but then decided to hire a full-fledged team from us. Here’s how:

To make their existing system scalable with futuristic technologies, they wanted to upgrade it. In order to implement this, an advanced team was required. With our help, they were able to scale their business, improve their online presence and gained sales.

They were also facing the following challenges:

1. Using an outdated and unscalable website
2. Lack or absence of appropriate testing methods
3. Designs were not up to the industry standards
4. Improper use of programming frameworks and libraries
5. Invalid coding or code versioning operations 
6. Almost all services were handled by a single server

We met remotely to discuss the project’s nature and requirements. In order to gain a deeper understanding, we met with the client and gained a clear idea of what was required to complete the task. In addition to dealing with all the issues, we also presented ideas for reducing overhead expenses. 

1. The latest MEAN tech stack was used, including PHP, Laravel, Node Js, Angular Js, and React.
2. A better user experience was achieved by improving the UI/UX.
3. Changed to AWS structure for better scalability and accessibility.
4. Developed new client-based websites.
5. Boosted clientele with informative animations. 
6. Microservices architecture was incorporated.

We provided the client with the results they wanted and the resources they needed. In the beginning, we had a project manager and a couple of developers attached. In the meantime, they hired more developers, and there are 15 working on the project. 

So far, we have completed 5 to 6 projects related to building a pronounced online presence and SEO, and 5 more are in the pipeline. The client also proposed working with us on the development of consultancy firms and sub-companies.
